The premise of a multiple listing service is to give all affiliated real estate agents access to a vast inventory of real estate, in which each agent has the opportunity to sell properties that are represented by other real estate agents. This is a valued service to potential buyers that would rather work with one agent to see everything that is available, rather than visiting several agents to see the inventory that each one has to offer. This is also extremely valuable to potential sellers. Most buyers will go to a real estate agent to help them find a property because it does not cost anything. The sellers pay the commission. If the real estate agents are not aware that the property is for sale, the buyers will never find it.

We have developed a very organized system that is user friendly. Our site provides search options that allows consumers and real estate agents to individually find single family homes, townhouses/villas/condos, vacant land, rentals, commercial property, and even businesses without real estate. Since most properties in Panama lack physical addresses, we have enabled a mapping system that allows users to search for properties by selecting a location on a map. This is very helpful for those that are looking for only beachfront properties or are not familiar with the region.

We also have the capabilities of allowing potential buyers and sellers to find the appropriate real estate agent based on the area, language spoken, and company name.

All property details are translated into several languages to accommodate international buyers.
